Our Cheeses in the Wine Club
The Wine Club ends the year with “Flavors of France”. Next Friday at 21:30 there will be the closing of cycle 2016 of La Enoteca Wine Club at Saint Tropez restaurant in Le Parc Hotel (Corrientes 1236).
On the occasion, the proposal, carried out by the recognized sommelier Marcela Soliani and the collaborator Franco Gazzoli will include a night entitled “Flavors of France.”
Sommelier Marcela Soliani released that exclusive wines will be introduced,there will be cheese tasting and bottles auction.
“There will be a tasting of French style cheeses, cow and goat Camembert and Brie of the Special Cheeses Company La Bohème from Arroyo Cabral. Besides, we will be accompanied by winery Las Perdices with four wine exponents to marry the special menu of the evening. It will also be present two specimens of icon wines of that winery and of Casarena that will be exclusively introduced. Simultaneously there will be the performance of La Bohème band from the capital city of the province, which will offer a special tribute to Edith Piaf, known as “Sparrow of Paris”. Finally, we will proceed to auction the best wines tasted throughout the year” specified Soliani to EL DIARIO.
It is worth remembering that the club started by the end of April this year and extended during seven evenings. The card total cost is $400.
