Brie Cheese and Nutella Appetizers

Nutella sweetness mixed with Brie bitterness makes it a very original and glamorous appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Brie cheese wheel cut in halves. Rotating the knife cut it into quarters. Then go on cutting the cheese till you have approximately 14 pieces of similar size.
  • 1 puff pastry plate cut into 14 small rectangles.
  • 1 slightly beaten egg.
  • Some spoonfuls of Nutella, warm to be easier to spread.

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 205ºC.
  2. Cover an oven tray with cooking spray.
  3. Put puff pastry rectangles onto the oven tray and slightly cover them with beaten egg. Put a Brie cheese piece over each puff pastry rectangle.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes (maybe 25) or till the cheese is melted onto the puff pastry and oven tray and they are somewhat pumped up.
  5. Spray Nutella over them.
