  • 4 endivies
  • 100 g. blue cheese
  • Coriander, parsley, oregano (fresh aromatic herbs)
  • 8 anchovies
  • Parsley and soy sprouts to decorate.

Preparation

  1. To start with this delight, wash the endivies very well, and cut them along into halves.
  2. Mix blue cheese and aromatic herbs.
  3. Spread this mixture onto the endivies, and finally put an anchovy on the top.
