Our Factory is in the core of the Province of Córdoba, in a 2500 inhabitants picturesque little town called Arroyo Cabral.
Here, because of Swiss, French and Italian immigration currents and its excellent pastures in fields that feed on the clear waters coming from San José stream, it is obtained exceptional milk for elaborating these products.
In answer to this and in the 120th anniversary of the foundation of our Town, is that we decided to dedicate this cheese to it.
So, humbly dedicated to Our Town, here is White Cheese from Cabral .

Soft and creamy paste cheese having a touch of carob ash inside that provides its particular flavor and personality.
Presentation

Gastronomy
It marries well with white wines and it is a perfect companion for fruit as grapes and figs, and nuts in general.
