Danish white cheese history
The history of this cheese is very special because it is our own development variety, in memory of a great Danish cheese master, Sir Gustavo Carlstrom, who guided us in our beginnings and always talked to us about a Danish cheese of unmistakable flavor.
The infinite passion of our cheese master remembered for his cheese traditions and excellence made our project possible; this is our way to pay homage to him.
Characteristics
Soft flavored, lactic, creamy and soft paste cheese, matured with molt.
Inner paste is pale and its rind is edible.
As an outstanding feature this cheese tart was cylindrical and had a round opening in its centre and when cut in wedges offered an unmistakable variety of flavors provided by the different relations between paste and molt.

Gastronomy
Danish White Cheese can be consumed as appetizer or with others in a table of cheeses. It is also excellent with bread.
Its original cylindrical shape with an opening in its centre makes it possible to fill it with nuts, blackberry and red fruits or sauces.
It perfectly integrates in salty as well as sweet elaborations.
